Very good value and the knowledge and friendliness of the assistant Jackie who made everything very clear and she was not too pushy and tactfully left us alone and did not 'hover' when we wanted to talk it through ourselves without an audience

The sales assistant helped us chose the right base for our needs

On entering the store "dreams" i was greeted by Peter,who didn't imidiatly pounce, (never good) and I didn't feel pressured in any way. The store was clean and at the right temperature,so my first impressions test passed. I knew what I wanted in terms of type of mattress and bed base,I just needed help choosing the right one as I have arthritis. Any questions I had were answered honestly and professionally with a pleasant attertude. I'm very satisfied. Thank you

Jim the sales assistant was very friendly and helpful,whole experience of buying the bed was fab.

Peter, the assistant, spent good time showing us around and discussing all the possibilities with us. He spent time looking at the measurements and also specific requirements my daughter had for her bedroom.

Welcomed as entered the shop. As looked around the shop and was given a guide to the mattress as was looking for a new one. After I had decided what I wanted approached a member of staff and told what I wanted. We discussed any offers that would be best for me and then went through the order.

Peter was extremely patient with my disabled mother and our demanding family! He was attentive, calm, and more than helpful recommending appropriate products

Peter was the member of staff who helped me choose my products and he was excellent. I am a totally Blind Customer and he was very patient, knowledgeable and excellent at describing the items I waslooking at, telling me all the information about each item and recommending various things to fit in with my requirements. He told me about offers and advised on how to care for the products I have ordered. In previous shops I have found that the staff have just recommended the most expensive items to me and not informed me of offers etc. Peter told me about the offers within the store but at no time tried to push anything on me that I did not actually need, and because of this I felt at ease and did not necessarily go for the offers but took note of his knowledge and ordered accordingly. I would recommend to everyone to go to Dreams in Bromborough.

Peter was very helpful and answered all our questions explained the differences regarding the mattress he let us try lots of beds and give us lots of choice
