George was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Jackie, who proved to be most helpful - she heard what I was looking for, and showed me the perfect bed - explaining that I could also avail of the 3 for 2 offer that was on, which I subsequently did. When it came to choosing my mattress, she encouraged me to take my time - and even made me a cup of tea while I decided which one suited me best !! The whole experience was most enjoyable, and I can't praise the staff enough for making it so.

We came in asked what we were interested in and within ten minutes we had picked our bed and started the finance agreement

The assistant was really knowledgeable he took time to find out my needs and addressed these perfectly. When we hit a problem with delivery dates he really went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met and found a solution. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. A real credit to your company and the sort of employee we all wish we were lucky enough to have working for us.

I was able to find and buy what I wanted with help quickly and easily.

We were highly satisfied by a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant who made it easy for us to place our order.

Going into the store with only 45 minutes to closing the salesman was very helpful with our request it took longer than I thought and said I would come back,but he said that's okay I would stay and assist, he then proceeded to say we need to try at leased three different ones to get a good feel of them, we were quite happy with the one we picked and he was happy to sell it then I asked about the one next to me his experience shone through and bought a better bed. Fab
