Salesman didn't put pressure on us. Don't like going into a store and getting harassed , that didn't happen in this case

My husband and I just went into the store to have a look for a new mattress, but was so pleased with the help we were given, that we decided there and then to purchase a complete new kingsize bed and mattress!

We went looking for a mattress today and didn't really know what we was looking for, on arrival at the Bromborough store we was greeted by Dave who let us have a look at the mattress's on display at which point he then came over and explained how the colour system worked he then used his product knowledge and explained the in's and out's of each mattress in our chosen colour which is what we were looking for as we needed help to decide on which would be best for us. We couldn't be happier with the service received we bought a bed frame a couple of years ago and we had a great experience then which is what brought us back and we were not disappointed and I'm sure we will be back for any future bed related purchases.
