because of the helpfulness of the assistant and his expert knowledge of the questions we asked. Also liked the layout of the beds and mattresses one could easily try.

i had previously been in the store to enquire about small single beds and had received very helpful advise but was not ready to buy at the time. I went back yesterday and spoke to same person, Bob, and made the purchase. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable

Well, what can I say about Jim at the Bromborough Dreams store. Myself and my partner went to look at new mattresses after suffering from broken nights sleeps for a good 6 months. Upon arrival we were met by Jim, he explained the different types of mattresses before leading us on our merry way to try them out! We had found the one, at a cost of £1,749 my jaw dropped to the floor but my body felt like it was on cloud 9, it was actually on a Tempur Cloud Deluxe 22K Mattress, whatever one of those is? Anyway, Jim pottered off to get us a price on finance, it was at this point we stumbled across an Evolution T1 B/S TV Bed. We looked at each other across the bed, we both knew what we wanted, we had to have it, how could we not! Needless to say, we bought the mattress and the bed!! Service by Jim was fantastic, really knew what he was talking about, did not push us in to buying anything and was a really lovely guy. I just hope I don't need to purchase another bed or mattress ever again! Thanks again, keep up the good work Jim.

Shop was very busy,but Jim managed to deal with at least three of us, giving ultimate satisfaction.
