Dreams - Bromborough

Initially I looked on the Dreams website but felt that it would be beneficial to visit a store. I'm glad I did, the gentleman was very helpful without being pushy. The pricing system was clear and easy to read, and also the colour coding of the beds. Overall it was a straightforward process and I felt confident that I had bought what I had intended to buy but with helpful information from the store staff.

Dave at Bromborough was really helpful and understood our needs,his knowledge on the product was really good and he helped us choose the right bed for us.

Superb staff,ambience in shop,great humour,but so knowledgeable, rapport with my children superb.

Happy with the produce and service, however disagree with the add mandatory delivery charge with no option to collect the item

Peter was extremely helpful and not pushy at all like other rival stores I'd visited over the 2 days prior to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Brilliant customer service.

Peter and his colleagues were exceptionally helpful. Just prior to my visiting your store: I had been in Bensons; and yes the man was helpful but I considered that he wanted an 'easy sell', so there had been no real 'customer service'. By contrast: Peter was polite, very informative, not 'pushy' and showed a great depth of human insight and understanding. It was all very relaxed and socially enjoyable. 'Small talk' was made and we all smiled together. For my part: I told him what I wanted and, that I preferred informality in my dealings and, that he could address me as David. I was and remain a considerate customer who understands how hard such people work. (I wished to not be a burden, be hospitable, and kind. Not be an awkward customer.) I am sure that I have got value for money. The in store service is high class. It could not be bettered. ("Bensons - eat your hearts out!")Thank you.

I was highly satisfied because the sales person was first class A* no pressure but gave me all the information I needed to make a choice to meet my needs, as my wife suffers from a sever spinal problems.
