when we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by Jim. he was very informative and helpful without seaming too pushy. we were given all the relevant information that we needed regarding our purchase. we were then left to browse and make our own decision in our own time, but if we needed any questions answering Jim was on hand to assist. we are both very happy with our shopping experience and would recommend Dreams to our friends and family. looking forward to our delivery on Tuesday. Dreams of Bromborough was the first shop I visited looking for a 4ft mattress and straight away I was directed to the " Franklin" and offered to lie down to try it out. I was given a nice card with relevant details on if I should return. I then went and looked around a number of shops but nothink came near to both service and quality . At the earliest opportunity I returned to Dreams (of Bromborough) and was greeted and treated exactly the same as on my first visit by a different member of staff I promptly made my purchase....cant wait for delivery!

The dreams store in bromborough Wirral has great friendly helpful staff. Me & my partner have been to the store before to buy a mattress for our spare single bed. As we received such good service then, we didn't even think where we needed to go to buy our new king size bed, we just knew that dreams in bromborough was the place to go. The sales assistant Jim was great & I'm more than happy with my £1600 purchase.

We where approached whilst browsing without being harassed we were asked a couple of questions guided us to what we required then left to continue to browse. So that we could decide without being pressured which is very off putting and the main reason we bought from your shop

We were allowed some time to browse before being approached. When ready the salesman was immediately hand and answered all our questions about various products. He was honest when a product was not right for us, and allowed time to check out the options. There was never any pressure during the visit, and we have made a good choice according to our needs. The whole experience was pleasant and such a change from other similar stores where we have left without purchasing. Well done
