Dreams - Bromborough

Bob was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dreams offered collection of our old mattress, Saturday delivery and we were pleased with the price.

Salesman (peter) was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Store had on show all the mattresses we wished to compare. Prices were correct (similar to other stores) but service was better.

Although the shop was in the process of a refit we were greeted at the door and escorted around the shop to view the beds we were interested in.We finally chose one we have seen on the Internet, the staff were very helpful checking the wood used as it was not available to view.

Excellent and friendly, helpful service from Peter at Bromborough Branch. He went out of his way to help us and to assist our making the right choice.

Staff were friendly and not over-bearing. They gave us space and time to consider the options. They were very clear regarding the products available.

The salesman Peter spent time explaining the differencs in the bed bases, mattresses and headboards. He gave us the opportunity to try out the different mattresses to suit our needs. There was a variety of choice and we didn't feel pressurised into a purchase.

Needed a number of different products. Staff Peter and Jim were attentive and knew the products inside out. Listened to what we wanted. Excellent service, Peter made it so easy.
