Dave and Jim were knowledgeable, friendly and most of all not pushy

The assistant (Peter) in the Bromborough store, was really helpful and friendly, but was not pushy or overbearing. He helped me find what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. He also explained about the sale prices and further discounts and helped me get the best options for my money (which is tight) He explained about the insurance cover for the products and answered any questions I had. He even offered me a cuppa!! I have already told my friends about how pleased I was.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful, providing very clear information regarding the products available, the different options and prices etc.. We also did not feel rushed in any way and so we had time to fully make up our mind about which product was best for us.

Dave our assistant was extremely helpful but not pushy... he explained the differences in beds we were interested in then left us alone to try them and talk, but was on hand if we had a question. No hard sell or sales pressure. We did visit bensons which was uncomfortable as the sales staff where to in your face. We left it weeks to mull over before going back when dave remembered the bed and thanked us for coming back. Hope the bed is all im hoping it is

Staff very friendly and allowed us time to try out products - very informative on products. Thought price was just about right - but could be cheaper.

Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and helped us to find the items we wanted quickly and easily.

The store had a large option of various beds/mattresses, I would be surprised if there was not something there to suit everyone. Jim who served us was very knowledgable about all the different beds and answered all our questions expertly.

Bob was incredibly helpful and provided us with useful advice and assistance. We had not expected to actually make a purchase on our visit to the Dreams store, but found a perfect offer that was too good to miss.

The manager, was happy to price match the bed. So we are very happy to get what we wanted for a great price.
