The Staff member Jim was very friendly & knowledgeable. We purchased just a new bed which we have been trying to buy for nearly a year so we were well pleased.

The Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, was not a typical pushy sales man just seamed honest and answered questions direct.

THERE WAS NO RUSH TO SERVE YOU. YOU WERE GIVEN AMPLE TIME TO BROWSE AND TRY THE BEDS, AND WHEN ASSISTANCE WAS REQUIRED THERE WAS A VERY NICE MAN CALLED PETER TO GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION I REQUIRED NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE

Our salesman Dave was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. He was not too pushy and gave us time to discuss things. He made us feel welcome and we were never pressurised at any time.

Dave and Jim were extremely cooperative and helpful. We were extremely satisfied with the excellent service they provided to us.

Didn't feel pressured into buying anything but was given good advice and staff friendly.

We entered the store just for a look around and ended up buying a new mattress for us and new bed and mattress for our daughter, we were greeted by Peter when we arrived who assisted us, explaining which type of beds would be suitable for us, my husband and I both suffer with aching backs after sleeping, we decided on a firm mattress after trying many, Peter was very friendly and patient with us, although the mattress we really like was very expensive, Peter helped us to choose a more affordable mattress which I think we will be very happy with, at least now we know which bed we will purchase next time when we will be able to spend a little more money, thank you Dreams & Peter

Jim who dealt with us in bromborough store in Wirral was outstanding he was incredibly helpful kind funny and shown us the best customer service we have ever experienced thank you so much Jim

We arrived at 9am and were greeted straight away an d left the store at 9-30am well pleased with service

The store was welcoming and had easy to access for my sons wheelchair. The chairs were comfortable and they even had a tough screen internet available to view more details about their products. I particularly liked the reviews on the 3 products I was considering. I felt my needs were considered carefully by the sales rep Peter and he gave me several options to consider. After considering all the information Peter gave me I made an informed choice that I'm really pleased with. Even if I did change my mind when I'd tried the product over 40 days I could exchange it with a minimum charge. My product will arrive within a week and I'm sure after the time spent with Peter going over all the details I will not be returning this particular item. Good to know I can though.
