The Sales assistant helped as much as she possibly could. There was a problem with the finance arrangements however the staff in the store were extremely helpful and helped us find an alternative way to complete the purchase

The assistant Peter was helpful and showed me beds that he believed would meet my needs both for comfort and value for money. He showed me a low priced one as well as others and I did not feel pressured at all to buy the far dearer one that I eventually chose. He was attentive but not pushy and obviously knew what he was talking about. I would recommend your firm again. Dave the Dreams assistant was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. He showed us a number of items, all of which we were able to try. The whole experience was very professional and we bought exactly what we wanted.
