Dreams - Bromborough

Jackie the sales assistant at the Bromborough store was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in showing us suitable beds, mattresses & pillows. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Will be back to purchase the mattress & pillows asap.

Our local Dreams store is situated next door to a Benson's for Beds store so needs to be competitive and knowledgeable. Bob, our salesperson didn't rush us, he gave us a chance to look around before checking if we needed assistance, then he took us through all the options, asking about the people who would be using the beds and which mattresses would be most comfortable. Our order was not straightforward as we wanted several different combinations but he was very patient and had all the answers we needed to make an informed choice. The whole experience was very pleasurable and we came away from the store delighted with our purchases. We will definitely recommend Dreams and Bob to family and friends!

As soon as we walked into store we were greeted by 2 friendly members of staff, who asked if they could help. We replied thanking them but said we was just browsing and was not bothered again until we asked for assistance. As soon as we asked one of the store men for help he was very polite and didn't try to push the most expensive mattress or bed on to us, instead have us helpful guidance in picking the right bed and mattress for our needs. When processing the order, we had a laugh and joke with both of the men who worked in store, the main person serving us explained payment plans and even explained to me that I would get 10% military discount.

The time taken by the sales person too ensure we understood all the information on the style and comfort of the products we asked about and the extra information which we may not have thought without visiting the store

Jim,who served us was not overbearing and allowed us space for us to make our own decisions while being available to answer any questions and give advice. He gave the right amount of encouragement to fulfil the sale and was clear about every stage of the process. I was very satisfied as this is the level of attention I appreciate where past experiences of overbearing salesmen have made me avoid going to shops like these.

Our sales assistant Bob. Was very helpful and friendly he had excellent product knowledge to guide us through our purchase there was no pressure to buy and was very relaxed. Even when the underwriters were looking over application he was chatty and friendly.

While in-store purchasing my new mattress i was forced into taking the £40 delivery option, Why use a high-street store and them not offer free collection like most other big brands. Just another way for them to sting you at the checkout.........

The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and we found what we wanted.
