Dreams - Bromborough

I told the assistant what I wanted and he showed me exactly what I was looking for

After we first browsed Dreams, we went to compare what was on offer at a competitor next door. We felt we were getting a better shopping experience at Dreams, and that Peter the sales person offered more information, and showed us, as near as possible, what we had asked for. All in all we felt more comfortable purchasing from Dreams

Excellent sales assistant. Very helpful and able to accommodate our ideal delivery date.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and friendliness of the assistant. The only problem was that it would have been convenient to take advantage of your Interest free credit. I have an excellent credit record but your system would not let me Avail myself of this option. Apart from that proble. All was well

The sales person was very kind and understood exactly what produce we were after, I can't recall his name however we did laugh at the fact his cup had ""penfold" on it as Danger mouse was my wife's favourite cartoon character as a child, and Penfold was the sales persons nickname. We placed our order on the croft retail park Bromborough, so it can't be hard for management or head office to contact the store and pass on our thanks to him for all his help and professionaism. First class a staff very helpful and pleasant thank you

I was asked if I required assistance which I didn't as I had already made a decision on the item I wanted. The person who helped complete my order was very friendly and happy to help without trying to push another item other than the ottoman bed (namely a mattress) having explained my current finance issue. This is something I really appreciated as it saved further embarrassment and I didn't want to waste his time either. This has not been the case in other bed and furniture shops.

Peter the sales chap was very helpfull

Person serving me was very polite and really helpful. Was able to secure delivery quickly and wasn't a pushy salesperson which I don't like. As it was a bed for my autistic son I had to be sure it was the right bed and he guided me thru everything . Thanks

Pleasantly surprised how well looked after they where . Can't wait for our new bed to arrive .
