Good interaction with staff who had great understanding of my needs in a bed.No pressure was left alone to browse after talking to staff.

I was given all the information I needed to make a choice and the sales assistance was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

We were dealt with swiftly by a knowledgable sales person

I found from walking into the store there was a nice atmosphere , assistance available without being too full on. Dave had the right approach with all the information I needed but not too much of a hard sell. The only dissapointing thing was they did not have the bed I wanted to order on display. I ordered it and hopefully looks just as good in real life !

Peter helped us with everything we needed, he was very polite and has great customer service skills, we are very happy with the service we received

all my questions were answered satisfactory and there was no pressure or bull told to me , really happy shopping there like a dream
