On arrival at your bromborough store we were met by Peter the. Salesman he asked if we needed any help I said. Can you leave me to browse which he. Agreed to, after a short browse we found what we were looking for,peter. Started the ba ll rolling for the sale,which he was perfect. With after asking him a number of questions about the mattress he answered all questions perfectly, He was perfect the perfect salesman,thanks again peter. Mr edwards

Our needs were understood and we were not put under pressure to spend more than necessary. Details of our last purchase, over a year ago, were easily found and this informed our latest decision.

I visited Dreams today with the intention of viewing your range of Tempur mattresses and pillows, to try and decide which of the range was best suited for my needs and was very pleasantly greeted by your staff, Jim and Jackie. I spoke to both of them and let them know what products I was interested in, Jackie then showed me the Tempur products in great detail and with a good knowledge of the range available, helping me to decide which best sited my requirements. I decided to purchase the Tempur Original Deluxe 27 SK Mattress, two Cloud pillows and two Traditional pillows and Jim and Jackie kindly helped me secure the finance the make the purchase.

We were given the opportunity to browse around the products before the member of staff (Jim) came to see if any assistance was needed. He then explained the difference in price and quality seeming to be very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very polite and offered to carry the mattress for me. I liked his manner, helpful but not pushy!

The shop was bright, prices and features were clearly marked. Staff were helpful without being pushy. Bed price was very good compared with Bensons. Matching bedside tables were a bit pricey. Although we chose bedside tables on display because they matched the bed, we were told they were not currently available.

We were given help when required but allowed to shop at our leisure. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Service was fab.

Peter was knowledgable in the products, friendly and allowed us space to consider our options. Peter also makes a decent cup of tea

We found the staff very helpful. Not pushy for the sale and seemed honest.

It was the store manager who served us, an experienced man of the world who understood exactly what we wanted to buy rather than what he'd like to sell us - the difference between a sale and a no sale. The purchase was concluded with a hand shake within 15 minutes of entering the store. I liked the no nonsense, real world approach of the manager and being of similar age, found it easy to relate with him, rather than a pushy and hurried youngster, who are sometimes more interested in their sales figures rather than meeting the requirements of their customer.

Peter the assistance helped us choose what items we needed he also advised us of we can do if not satisfied when we receive our products . In what time we have if not satisfied.
