We did not feel any pressure to buy ,we were given clear explanation of the mattress codes and information and felt we were able to choose with ease

I was very pleased with a purchase I made approx 3 yrs ago and was assisted by the same gentleman with this purchase and found him extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending dreams to any friends in the future and family, who also have purchased a more expensive bed approx 5 yrs AGO after my excellent customer service.

We went to buy two single divan beds and were given immediate friendly helpful assistance. No pressure but courteous help. We knew what we were looking for as we'd researched on line the varying costs so we're pleased with the beds recommended and were able to complete the purchase quite speedily. Delivery dates were sorted to our convenience which was very helpful.

The sales person (jim i think) was attentive without trying to push anything, the mug of tea was a nice touch left us to it while we bounced all round the shop.Then came back with a good deal on our selected bed

Price of item reduced by 20% and delivery charge waived as goodwill gesture. Large range of products and knowledgeable and non pushy salesman. A pleasure.
