The staff member,Julie,was very helpful in helping me choose the best bed for me,and very patient when I was trying to decide which of two I wanted, she also carried bags for putting my old bed in for recycling as I need to use a walking stick to get back to my car

The team member at dreams listened to what I wanted and fitted the purchase to my exact specifications. He was polite and friendly but not too overwhelming.

The welcome was swift and friendly. I felt at ease trying out different beds. The manager was very attentive and knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help me decide, advising me after asking me questions and using the analysis bed. All staff wore masks and they sprayed the beds clean after every try. I was able to try different pillows and was given a cover for hygiene. I was even given a bottle of water when paying and they helped me to the car with my purchase. I don’t see how it could have been any better. Thank you.

Both Simon and Kat were very professional and friendly and provided all the advice we needed to come to a decision on the right choice of mattress. They made sure that we felt safe and followed reassuring covid practice. We did not feel pressured to buy, which we appreciated as we are unlikely to purchase from a pushy salesperson.

Store assistant, Simon, was very friendly, professional and approachable. Outstanding knowledge of products. One of the best salesman I've met in my life. We went to get a bed and end up buying the whole lot with kings size upgrade. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Simon is outstanding member of your Team.

I phoned initially and Simon could not be more pleasant and helpful. Then when I met him in store face to face his excellent customer service continued, even making my daughter feel special getting her new bed and offering chocolate biscuits (with strict health and safety gloves and wipes at ready) plus bottle of water.

Simon, who served me was excellent. He listened carefully to my requirements and made some useful suggestions which hadn't occurred to me. I couldn't rate his service more highly.

Felt safe as soon as I stepped through the door. All staff were nice and friendly and felt that the lady who assisted me to purchase a bed was knowledgeable about the products on offer. Really liked the bed that took my measurements.
