We actually started off in a competitor's store when we went shopping but the approach of Peter your sales person swung the deal your way when our preference was for a competitor's product. He was accomodating with our kids, who were understandably a bit bored, and gave us various options in a concise but knowledgeble manner. Would recommend our experience totally!

Me and my partner suffer with pains and this mattress seemed to be the best for both of us and very comfortable. The mattress was also in the sale so very pleased. Thank you dreams and your staff. I finally may get a good night sleep.

We went in with what we had in mind and a budget and Jim who dealt with us was very understanding and knowledgeable in his field and gave us all the information and help we needed in buying out new bed. There was no pressure into buying which is what we had experienced in other shops and this probable one of the main reasons we decided to purchase here along with excellent customer service.

Jim the manager of Dreams in Bromborough went out of his way to be helpful and to give good advice. He was very patient with questions about products and allowed plenty of time for decision making.

Having a very sick husband I needed adjustable beds ASAP. Verbal contact with Jim (Manager at Bromborough) and then quick visit to store where Jim was waiting to show me what we had talked about resulted in an order. Needing this as quickly as possible,understanding my needs Jim phoned me the next day to confirm the beds should be with us in a couple of weeks. This is my 1st experience of Dreams and I have no reservations in recommending them. At a very stressful time in my life the way in which this order was handled was so much appreciated.
