There was immediate help for me and a good explanation of the different types of mattresses. Very helpful staff . Talked through all my options. totally satisfied

I had a bed in mind from an on-line retailer in more ornate beds but popped in when passing. The salesman immediately surmised what I was looking for and left to bring up a bed on a screen. I loved the bed and bought it straight away.

Peter, the assistant who attended to us was most helpful, providing us with knowledge about the types of bed, their mode of manufacture and what they were made of. Throughout our discussion with him we never felt pressurised; it was a relaxed but informative presentation.

As soon as I arrived a friendly man, Peter was extremely helpful, Happy and very patient to explain all products that would suit my needs. I'm disabled and can't be rushed. He even helped choose pillows to compliment the mattress. I have had spine injections and operations on my back, so I needed the right bed for support and comfort. We were offered hot or cold drinks. My experience of dreams is all positive. The overall products are of a high quality. I have already recommended to family and friends. Peter was very good at his job.

The staff Jim and Peter were both very attentive and friendly . Even the other man who I didn't catch his name was helpful , the atmosphere in the store was lovely and we left with a smile , and excactly what we wanted with a bargain bought .
