Dreams - Bromborough

Peter (265?) was very approachable, helpful but laid back. He was patient and friendly, nice guy thank you very much Peter from Amanda north wales

We were greeted when we entered the store and the colour coding of the pillows/foot protectors was explained we were then left to browse before any further approach was made (this what we prefer) we then discussed our preferences with a member of staff before being invited to a desk to place our order.

The staff were supportive during my visit. They were all very polite and did not put any pressure on me.

Jackie in the Bromborough store wasn't too pushy and we felt that if we needed any help she was more than willing to help, we aren't people who like sales people to be on us as soon as we walk in, but as we hadn't ever been to dreams before she explained what everything meant.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because they listen to my needs and nothing was to much trouble even when I wanted to go back to the 1st bed I tried to try it again!! They even made my 7 year old daughter feel special and involved in the experience (and offered her some sweets and a drink) perfect customer service in my opinion - well done

Pete, the assistant who helped us was very helpful, he did not push a product or try to get the highest price, instead he listened to us and helped build a good deal!

I found my experience with the Bromborough Dreams store to be highly satisfactory mainly because the sales assistant (blonde lady, cant remember her name) was really helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I will be going back to buy a mattress soon and she kindly helped me with my questions regarding that too. The store was clean and tidy and all the staff were very pleasant.
