The salesman was very well presented and friendly....highly helpful in showing me various different products (mattresses) for me to test for my requirements and preference.

We were helped by Jim and Bob during our visit and while we were thinking about things on offer either one of them could take up our enquiries where we left off to think. We were conscious of a genuine friendly atmosphere in the shop and between staff. We did not feel pressurised which we did in other shops being hounded before we could think about alternatives which Jim and Bob explained with excellent knowledge. A pleasant experience!

Jim was very helpful, he talked me through some options and also married up my order from in store with my online order, so they will be delivered at the same time. I thought the shop was nice and clean and not to cluttered. I also liked how I was asked if I needed help when I walked in and then left to look around. I didn't feel hassled at all.

Extremely helpful staff who knew what he was talking about. Friendly and efficient. Order sorted out quickly and delivery date to out requirements.

All products were clearly laid out. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the products but we're not into the hard sell which made the whole purchasing experience pleasurable and unrushed.

The assistant was very helpful - helped us find what we were looking for then didn't harass us while we made our mind up. He also answered supplementary questions that we had and explained clearly and with enthusiasm

I was very happy with my new bed, the colleague was very nice and know his stuff, was very patient and helpful with us, as it was hard to get my father around with me, as he is disabled. Gave us a lot of information on each of the beds and which mattress was what and test a lot out.

We were never felt at any time pressurised during our visit, the salesman was informative and very helpful without being in our face.
