We were directed to the item we asked for which was on display. We were invited to try it out (a mattress) and we liked it and placed the order all within 15 minutes. A knowledgeable and friendly salesman.

Dave was really helpful and talked its through what options would be best for our needs

Dave the adviser was extremely knowledgeable about the different products, was not pressing and time was not a problem kept taking us back and forth to make sure we were extremely satisfied, very, very, good and even invited us to have a cuppa, nothing too much trouble a pleasure to shop in the store.

Peter the colleague who served us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about each bed we tried and was able to explain any differences we asked about. Peter also gave us tempur cloud pillows to try. Never thought of paying so much for a pillow but so impressed we bought two along with new mattress and so looking forward to proper nights sleep with very soon.

The shop mgr (Jim) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the products available. He gave us the required information without being pushy. We were very pleased with the whole sales experience.

The speed of service was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I came in at the beginning of the day and returned later in to purchase my bed and the staff remember what I looked at and the price etc

THE COLLEAGUE (PETER) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HIS ASSISTANCE WAS INVALUABLE IN HELPING MY WIFE AND MYSELF MAKING A DECISION ON WHICH MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS TO SELECT. THE LAYOUT OF THE STORE ALSO MADE IT EASY TO MOVE AROUND ESPECIALLY AS MY WIFE WAS IN AN WHEELCHAIR.
