The level of service was really high. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and helped us decide which would be the best bed for us. He was very friendly and made it a pleasant experience.

Jim, the Store Manager and Robert his colleague provided a helpful friendly professional service. Both staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products they were selling and the hospitality provided was excellent.

the knowledge, the approach, the manner and the whole sales experience was excellent. could not fault anything at all. served by Jim, his knowledge and expertise was brilliant and he did not try and pressurise us into buying what we did not need.

Staff were very helpful and informative, but not 'pushy'. We had all the time needed to make an unhurried decision, including lying on various mattresses for quite a few minutes.

Relaxed and plenty of time to think, try out and ask questions. Coffee served. Good humoured, peaceful and pleasant environment. Information as and when needed and if necessary repeated with patience. Seemed to be transparent and non-biased in treatment of products.

I had intended to place my order online and only went into the store to clarity some measurements. However, the service I received on my visit made me want to return to the store and place the order, face to face. The staff were SO polite without being either pushy or patronising, they were a delight!

Our visit to the store was highly satisfactory because the salesperson was friendly, interested in what we needed and knowledgeable about what products would suit our specific needs. We did not feel pressured and were given space and time to look at the products and try out the mattresses. The salesperson was able to advise us plainly and was excellent at answering our questions.
