Peter the colleague we met and helped us with our purchase couldn't be more helpful and very knowledgable about the product and was extremely help in us making our decision and the manager was very friendly the atmosphere in the store was relaxed and there was no high pressure selling which I really don't like was impressed all round

Help and advice given when asked. Assistant was pleasant and informative. Would like to have had a speedier delivery date though. Didn't want to wait 6 weeks but wanted the bed so ordered

The salesman Peter was friendly and understanding of our desired bed base. He showed us the various options on design and colour and offered a price match to what we'd be able to get on-line via a cash back website, which we were delighted with, as we were not expecting this level of service.

The customer sales rep; Jim MACKINNON - was extremely helpful and informative in relation to assisting us by explaining the difference in beds available and range of drawer/divans, mattresses etc. We did not feel at all pressured by him, given that he gave us the privacy to discuss our purchase between ourselves - without constantly looking over our shoulders - whilst he was always at hand to answer our questions. We were not rushed - OR pushed - into making any firm decision at the time and, by making us feel at ease, his overall manner and assistance made it much easier for us to reach a decision and confirm our purchase, safe in the knowledge that, when our new bed is delivered, we will truly be able to rest easy and enjoy sweet DREAMS.

Good advice, options clearly explained, no pressure on sale.

There was no sales pressure, just good patient advice and our questions answered with confidence. There was a good choice offered and we felt that we could spend as much time as we needed to mark our choice. The salesman listened carefully to us and did not waste time showing us products which we clearly did not want. We were confident in what the salesman explained and he left us to discuss the beds privately which helped us to decide price and which to choose. But he was on hand when needed. An excellent service.

The staff member was very helpful, explaining the differences between the various mattresses that we were considering. There was no pressure placed on us and we were very happy with our choice after lying on a number of different mattresses a number of times.

Jim the Store Manager and Robert his colleague provided a helpful friendly professional service. Both staff were extremely knowledgable about the products they are selling and the hospitality provided was excellent.
