We were served by Simon at the Bromborough Dreams store on Thursday 3rd June. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Myself & my husband arrived, we explained to Simon exactly what we wanted & he showed us everything. He never once tried to make us get the most expensive, he just wanted us to get the best that would suit us. From trying the bed machine to finding the perfect mattress for us. We even explained we have a toddler & everything was dealt with perfectly. We were so made up with the customer service we received and would definitely come back in the future or recommend to our family & friends to visit the bromborough store and ask for Simon.

We were welcomed into the shop, asked if we wanted help - of course - well attended to without any hard sell. We were given plenty of time to decide & no pressure at all.

Although I had no idea what type of matress I was looking for the option was there for a machine to tell me what was right for me even though we didn't use it . We didn't get hastled by staff but we're there when we needed and guided to what was in store
