I was looking at pillows and knew that the Down ones would be perfect, it was a bonus to get them for half of the price.

We knew what type of bed we required, and we were shown to the section of the store in which these mattresses were. The assistant showed us that all the beds with certain coloured sash were the ones we required, and fetch us more solid pillows so we could try lying on each strength of firmness. When we had chosen he assisted us very well with completing our order to cover all our requirements in full.

I previously bought a bed for my daughter before Xmas and was so impressed with the services of stabs from start to finish that I decided to come back to sort myself and my son out with new beds. Over spoken highly of dreams since my first visit. I can't fault the service at all. All the help I needed, my questions were answered, the ship was displayed well so that it was easy to know which beds that I was interested in with the color coded pillows

The staff at Bromborough were helpful and friendly. No pressure as applied to buy. I change my mind a few days later re taking out a loan and again they were very helpful in sorting this out. I have yet to take delivery but I am sure it will all go to plan as it did when I bought a divan base some months ago.

Assistant helped when we first entered store, then left us to browse. When we needed help he was very knowledgeable and eventually helped us decide. We chose a Hypnos mattress.

The staff were courteous, helpful and knowledgable about the products in the store, and helped me choose the best items that I had previously looked at on line.
