Dreams - Bromborough

A wall welcome as you enter and then asked if we would like any help and if we had any specific needs and if we would like to take a look at the online items and as I have 2 children they asked if they would like a biscuit which I thought was very nice of them.

This was the 2nd visit to order further products (original order date 18thy February). The sale was handled by the same salesperson (Jim) who was both very welcoming, friendly and efficient in understanding my needs and in directing me towards the subsequent purchases i made. The product variety allowed me to consider the varied options and to select accordingly

jim was friendly but not pushy. knew his stuff, answering all my questions and given me all the time i needed to make my decision.

Jim in Bromborough was really helpful and showed us a variety of mattresses and a sofabed. he was knowledgeable and there was no hard sale. fel he listened.

On entering the store we were allowed time to browse before it became clear we needed advice and then a Salesman - Peter - offered assistance when we let him know the type of mattress we required. We were also offered a tea or coffee which we declined although the offer was appreciated. Peter also pointed out the sale offers and we were able to purchase a mattress that met our requirements at a discounted price. When it was found that this was not available for delivery on our chosen date Peter made every effort to locate another mattress of the same specifications and price that could be delivered on our preferred date. This was all done swiftly and efficiently in quiet and comfortable surroundings. After the sale, details of the sale agreement were explained to us as well as the allocation of a time-slot on the day of delivery. Overall the whole experience was simple and quick and we would commend Peter on his sales and customer skills.

We where recommended by a friend who had bought from you before and she was highly complementary about dreams ,less so about a,near bye competitor The assistant Dave, who helped was excellent ,knowledgable but not pushy .I will certainly recommend Dreams to any one who asks about our experience Regards Ted Corrigan
