the colleague who looked after my wife and I was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood and tried the mattresses which were best for us, even though it may have been more luctrative to have let us go with our preconceived ideas! Dave was quite excellent and worked hard to make sure we were entirely satisfied- even to the extent of making us a cup of tea (Not machine vended!)

The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable in what he was selling. Very pleasant and friendly. I would certainly recommend him to anybody. Excellent.

WE NEVER FELT PRESSURED AT ALL BUT FELT WE GOT ALL THE ASSISTANCE WE NEEDED TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE. OVERALL A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A CUP OF COFFEE THROWN IN.
