Great clean store well laid out

Your colleague, Peter, was extremely knowledgeable without being overwhelming. There was no suggestion of "coercion" just a genuine desire to fit us with the right product and he happily wandered back and forth with us throughout the store as we ran through the process of elimination. The team spirit in the store was evident with a little gentle humour and banter. There was clearly a will to help each other. Clearly, we were very late getting to the store on a Sunday afternoon but there was no hint of being rushed. As pleasant an experience of spending a large sum of money on something you can't wear as is possible!

Peter the salesman was very good in leading my Mum and I through the different examples of furniture and bed choices on offer. We were under no pressure and Peter explained everything very clearly, which haves confidence that we buying the bedroom furniture and bed from a reputable supplier.

Staff knew what I wanted and were very helpful in finding the product I needed.

We had visited a few days before and came away with excellent information so when we returned, to make a purchase, we asked for the same salesman. Unfortunately he was on his day off but had left all our information with a colleague, who was able to assist us magnificently. I only hope the delivery staff will be as good.

We were able to have a quick scan around the store before we were approached by a member of the sales team. I think this is important as it is then possible to see that the products suit your needs and budget without causing embarrassment if they approached you before having time to do so, then needing to make your excuses later. The sales assistant was lovely and he helped me pick the right mattress for our daughter. He helped organise a delivery date that suites us and explained our options. I didn't feel pressured into any option extras which was again important to me.

We left the store with the product we were seeking and also purchased other products that were suggested

Staff asked if I wanted assistance quickly, knew the products well and showed me all the ranges available. Very knowledgable and no pressure.
