Dreams - Bromborough

Staff was very friendly and patience, explained very clearly about different products and it's functions.

I had an amazing visit to dreams Bromborough, I was served by Peter who was very helpful and patient when I had to go home to get my phone because my card does not have my account number, he was extremely polite and his knowledge of the products was amazing! I would highly reccomend this store and Peter to anybody looking for a new bed!

My Husband & I felt we got a resonable deal for what we where looking for.What sealed the deal was the fact that the delivery drivers put the bed together for us which is good as there is a tv that needs setting up in the bed. We felt that made all the difference & all so they take away all the package.

Staff were extremely friendly but not pushy, Dave gave us time to think and discuss as we were making a significant purchase, the store was clean and had a welcoming feel (in fact one member of staff even went outside twice to give our dog a hobnob biscuit!).

Upon entering we were impressed with the Easter sales instantly and the layout of the store. Jim came over to us and made everything so easy. We knew exactly what we wanted and he went through drawers, mattress and colour of base. Highly impressed with how easy it all was.

Jim, our Dream Colleague, was very knowledgeable about the products. He showed us a good selection, and did not push us into making a hurried decision.

Peter was very helpful and new the answers to all of our questions. He was not pushy in any way and gave us plenty of time to decide. There was a problem with the computer system that day but he still managed to process tour order quickly we even purchased a mattress cove baste on his even though we had not intended to by one when we went out shopping. Thank you Peter for all of your help
