Dreams - Bromborough

I spent over two hours explaining my needs and trying different mattresses. The assistant was knowledgeable and helpful, and fully explained my options both for purchase and returns. I brought my partner back the next day and my issues were remembered, enabling us to move forward promptly to a decision.

Peter was professional and extremely helpful he was knowledgable and helped me make my decision. Peter gave me a discount as free delivery is no longer available . I was happy with delivery date in future as we have to wait for our new property to be refurbed . Great service Happy Customer!!!

The sales assistant, Bob, was really friendly and helpful. We were particularly impressed with how he interacted with our two sons.

I was very pleased with the excellent service and all the help I was given by the staff. I ordered the 4' bed (£439) and a summer duvet (£21.99). I also paid for delivery. A few days later I phoned to request removal of the old bed, which they did an hour or so before the new bed was arrived, which worked out very well. The removal team were clean and neat and removed the old bed carefully. About an hour later, the 2 delivery men arrived. They were very careful to ensure the room was ready for the bed and brought it in very carefully. It was then assembled by one of the team. They left, taking away the packing materials with them. All completed very satisfactorily.

Peter who looked after us at the Bromborough store, was highly professional, not pushy and welcoming. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all the questions I had... The store was very clean, tidy and welcoming. Peter welcomed us from the minute we walked into the store. He greeted us in a manner I would expect and we were not disappointed. He also has a great sense of humour (to me, that's an important factor in a shopping experience)... He is a huge asset to Dreams!!!

The assistant was warm without being overly friendly and appeared very ready to help without being intrusive: the balance of his service was about right.

We were satisfied because you had what we were looking for and available to take away the same day with no fuss. The staff were fast and efficient and with there product knowledge

We paid two visits to Dreams Bromborough trying to find the perfect mattress within our budget. Both Jimmy & Peter who assisted us were extremely understanding of our needs and had a very approachable, easy to talk to, friendly but professional attitude. Would definitely recommend not only Dreams as a company, but the team at Bromborough. We were also very impressed with the 40 day try/exchange policy as you truly don't know how comfortable a mattress will be until you've actually slept on it. The mattress we eventually chose was an expensive one and slightly over our budget, but I was left feeling that if there were to be any problems with our purchase, then we would receive good customer aftercare.
