We just so happened to be the only customers in store, we felt very safe. Dave offered us a drink of water and helped us with all our needs.

Dave, the retail assistant at Dreams in Bromborough, Wirral was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He did not hassle or badger, he was a pleasure to deal with, as was the Store Manager (whos name I have forgotten.)

We were helped by Julie in the Bromborough store. She was totally professional and didn’t try to put pressure on us to purchase the mattress. She allowed us time to think about the purchase. We were able to try several products and Julie helped us to select a suitable pillow as well. A stress free experience, which in the current climate is difficult to find.

Our assistant Dave was just right, not too pushy but plenty of good information when asked, gave us plenty of time to browse at our own speed, several offers of refreshments. Knew the products well so was able to quickly include our preferences in his suggestions
