I visited the store a couple of weeks ago to check out which mattresses were available. Jim was very helpful, listened to my needs, showed me suitable mattresses and gave me time to think and ask questions. I didn't feel pressured to make a choice and felt totally secure and happy with the service. I returned to the store today and was served by Jim who remembered me and my specific needs. - A very satisfied customer.

Very friendly. Staff allow you to look and check if you are OK without hovering over you. Jim is excellent, great with our kids giving them sweets etc while mummy and daddy manage to look etc. I have been before, its a great store

We need a mattress, had little knowledge of exactly what we wanted. The sales assistant explained the system, provided information about the products, and allowed us to try out and compare. We able to choose simply and quickly!
