Peter was lovely. Very helpful, but not too pushy. All staff very welcoming to both ourselves and the children. Felt very comfortable looking, and felt that Peter understood our position.

When I rang a person answered instead of a machine, he was exceptionally understanding of my situation and when I said I will call into store he told me to ask for him, Peter. When I got there he greated us as he recognised who we were because he had listened when I described my circumstances. He dealt with everything, speaking to the person I was supporting, involved him with everything dispite his learning disability. When I go to brombrourgh for my new mattress I will be asking for Peter because he is an asset to your company.
