Staff available to speak to immediately upon arrival, welcomed with a smile. Becky very knowledgeable and really listened to my needs/concerns for obtaining orthopaedic mattress. Showed me various options and encouraged me to try them out. Even asked what kind of pillow I would be most comfortable with! Given time to look around the store. Didn't feel the least bit rushed in making a decision that was right for me. Offered tea/coffee. Ordering/payment process/delivery date very straightforward. T&Cs very clearly explained. Dave from brombrough store was really helpful and didn't push us into buying anything he told us the details and left us to think about it which is what I like instead of being pressured into saying yes because they don't leave you alone untill they have a sale but Dave was excellent he had all the knowledge we needed to know and he was just great

The visit to the store in bromborough was unexpectedly pleasent. Nothing was too much trouble for the store employee. The sejection of beds on displt was quite impressive and we were given enough facts about quality and firmness etc to be able to choose beds which suited our requirements. The person heping us, Dave, was courtious and informative at all timrs and we were not hurried into making a decision but allowed to make our own minds up. An old world experience in a modern setting. We are very satisfied.
