very impressed by the service received. Peter, who was our advisor was both knowledgeable and helpful whilst retaining a most professional manner in his sales approach. The products my wife and I chose eventually, met our disability needs. Not a problem for Peter, who put up with our testing of products; what a choice. Prices to suit most peoples pockets and quality throughout. We will be back.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams in Bromborough, Wirral as I was given assistance but not pressurised to buy. The assistant gave me ample time and choices to enable me to make a decision. The paperwork was dealt with swiftly and delivery arranged to suit myself.

I went into the shop, I knew what I had in mind, the sales person was very helpful; giving both information and very informative. It was my intention to "shop around" however because of the sales persons help,and non "pushy" approach I was very happy to make my purchase. I would also like to add, when trying beds, being a larger lady I can be very self conscious, however this sales person made me feel very much at ease and comfortable in this situation. I would certainly recommend Dreams, and in particular this store.

The store we visited was the perfect experience for me, I felt relaxed walking around without being bothered by someone trying to push a sale but also knew I could ask the man who helped me anything I needed to know. He was so helpful, his name is dave and he worked on your Bromborough store.

I had read the reviews online re the quality of products at Dreams and the professionalism of the staff. I was not disappointed with my experience at the Bromborough branch. Bob was friendly and helpful but not pushy. I was offered pillows to try out the beds, and coffee while we discussed what I required. I purchased exactly what I wanted there and then. Happy with the price and the recycling service. An excellent buying experience.

The salesman Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable and his information helped us make our decision. I am in sales myself and he gave us the correct time and space that we needed without feeling pressured.
