The staff member(Peter)was very nice and informative

We had not purchased a bed for a long time and had some idea of what we required having looked on the website prior to visiting the store. A member of the team introduced himself after a few minutes of browsing the beds.Graham listened to what we had in our minds and advised us on which range would be best suited to our needs. He was very knowledgeable showed us the complete range, as budget was one of our concerns and made us feel confident we were making the right decision when we chose our bed as it was higher than we'd anticipated but having explained the finance options we felt we could afford to pay for the quality that we got. We were then introduced to Peter who went through the financial and delivery arrangements. We were very pleased with the no pressure sales and enjoyed a cup of tea in the process.

Peter, our sales representative, was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable & offered us a drink whilst we were choosing our mattresses. Even though the cost of the mattresses were quite pricey, the quality of them can not be faulted, so we are extremely happy!! :-D

Dave he explained the different of the colours and I explained my condition and he said what he thought but said of course it was up to me what I decided as it was me that would be sleeping on it and he was not there to put pressure on me and left us to try out different beds and he gave me a pillow to take round with me so we enjoyed our visit it was nice not to be pressured into buying. We did buy that is what we like being given information but left to look around but he did come up and ask how we were doing so thank you.
