when we entered we looked around for a few mins then Graeme ask if he could help. we did not feel pressure and went for a coffee and then returned to make our order and ask for Graeme as we felt comfortable with him. so pleased with service my mums going to look as she would like a new bed. thankyou.

The Salesman Graeme was extremely helpful and did not rush us with our purchase. He offered us a hot drink which my husband excepted (coffee) and then explained about the different aspects of the beds we were looking at. We were extremely satisfied with our purchase and if we need any beds in the future we would be glad to use the same store (and Salesman) to make our purchase. Please thank Graeme for his great service and advise.

my sister and myself were treated fantastic even a hot cup of tea made by rachel graeme was fantastic we had a good laugh too was a nice hour we spent there we had no intention of buying two beds but could not resist the sale you had at the bromborough store please thank rachel and graeme for the great service regards rose travi brown and wyn swenson
