Thoroughly good sevicr very efficient and good customer service

We were highly satisfied with our customer experience. We felt like we bought what we were looking for the sales assistant offered us other products to go with our purchase and also offered us hot drinks.

The assistant Peter was very helpful without being too pushy.

Jenna the sales assistant,was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. She spent time with us ,and also gave us time alone for us to think and talk .Definitely recommend.

Staff member Rachel was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. She was patient and friendly and made a lovely cup of tea for us. She explained everything fully without being pushy and was a pleasure to do business with

Left to look for ourselves before being approached by a staff member who then guided/advised us on the various grade of mattress, headboard, etc and helped us select the bed we needed. Dealt with the paperwork, delivery, etc very efficiently.

We were given information, allowed to browse and think, able to ask and have questions answered and were treated very well.

I have shopped at dreams before .todays visit was to purchase a new bed. Excellent service and Bob the sales assistant was really great at explaining the different beds to suit my husband and I.he had a lot of patience with me as I did ask a lot off questions.

I didn't really know what I was looking for and I was approached to see if I needed assistance at that point I didn't need any as I didn't really know what I was after. However after seeing what I wanted I then asked for assistance and the staff were very knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. I didn't make the purchase straight away and said I would be in the following day. Graham who wasn't there the next day has passed all the details to Dave and when communicating with another colleague Dave had listened into the conversation and was able to assist where Graham and I had left it. Whilst making my purchase I felt relaxed and very much at ease as your store has a kind of ambience that makes it comfortable.. probably all the best that are around help. I came away feeling very happy about my purchase and would recommend to friends and family and also return.
