The Sales person David was very helpful and tried his best to find us just what we needed.

Graeme the store manager was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. He encouraged us to try the beds out and ask questions and even made us a couple of cups of tea. Exceptional customer service.

Good service yet not over selling

We had the sales assistant undivided attention, he had great knowledge + a lot of patience which was great as we were going to be making an expensive purchase which we needed to be sure was going to give us a great nights sleep + last us quite a number of years.

Because of the Friendliness of Dave who assisted us.

Our salesman Bob was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information. What we valued was that once he had given us the information we needed, he left us alone to browse the showroom and make our decisions (We had previously visited a competitor's showroom and were put off by the salesman constantly harassing us). Bob tried his best to get us the very best price for our bed, which we were very grateful for.

I found the salesman very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to pick a bed for a good price and it was all sorted very quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

The salesperson Rachel made the whole experience pleasurable.She was professional and friendly,in short a great ambassador for Dreams.
