Not pressurised by salesperson but helpful when asked.when I decided everything was dealt with in a speedy profesional manner.

My assistant Dave was very knowledgable and extremely pleasant. I have dealt with him before and he is always polite and courteous. He showed me what was available and helped me come to a decision when ordering my bed.

The sales assistant was extremely obligingly and friendly without being pushy and showed me several products that I was interested in. I was able to take my time and ask questions for which the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. I was very pleased with my shopping experience and purchased a new bedstead and mattress for delivery the following week.

We were welcomed and given time and space to look around, when needing assistance the assistant was helpful and explained products thoroughly.

Various options were shown to us by a knowledgable sales advisor . Talked us through the different mattresses that were recommended by the “sleep machine”!

Not pestered on both visits to Dreams . Given advice , then left to make our decision. The Gent /assistant at the Bromborough store was VERY helpful 👌.

Lovely assistant who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First visit to a shop Since lockdown so was nervous but everything was perfect and went very smoothly, also was able to park right outside shop.
