Paul was really helpful and not too pushy therefore I didn't feel under pressure or that I needed to make an instant decision. I was able to check out the products to ensure I was happy with my choice and didn't feel rushed in doing this.

John was incredibly helpful and friendly making the bed purchase easy and fun!

I was given time to look at all the options and assistance was at hand . When we had decided on a purchase the assistant was able to help with paper work and sort out a delivery date that suited us.

Nothing really to add, John took us through the entire process and was very easy to talk to with a goo knowledge of the products in store, I'd gladly advise others to go to dreams purely on his customer service.

Although problems occurred during the delivery the delivery men were helpful, and when I returned to the store the staff were charming and my problem was speedily solved

Friendly welcoming staff, the store layout and colour coding system made it very easy to find the exact grade of mattress that we were looking for. The whole experience was very staightforward and very satisfying.
