Dreams - Bromborough

We felt relaxed and under no pressure to buy.We were given coffee which allowed us to discuss our needs in relaxed atmosphere. The colour coding on the beds was explained to us on entering the store which simplified our initial browse around the store.

Sales assistant Paul listened intently to my needs, explained the Sealy range was excellent for bad backs, allowed me to try the bed and even gave me a Tempura pillow to align my neck and allowed me to lie down in different positions. Paul even suggested I take plenty of time to make my decision and left me with my daughter while we discussed whether to purchase or not. Paul mentioned sale was on till Tuesday if I wanted to go away and consider thus purchase, he clearly explained offer and delivery. Made decision during visit and dud not feel at sell pressurised. Can't wait for my new bed to arrive.

We visited the store in bromborough and were very happy with how quickly and easily we found the perfect bed and mattress. Paul (I think) was very helpful and happy, and delivery dates were very quick. The store was clean and tidy, and prices were clear. Overall very happy!

When we entered the store we were given a warm welcome asked if we needed help etc the staff excellent not too-pushy which is what I like when shopping, I hate it when the staff follow you round pushing products like the shop we called in at first, we left the store went for a coffee discussed the items we wanted then went back to your store later to purchase the two items, we were made welcome and the manager John remembered us calling in earlier, we purchased the items to be delivered , very pleasant shopping trip , John the manager was lovely to deal with, highly recommend your store and staff.

Staff knowledgeable about the products and informative in answering questions. Friendly 'none pushy' manner and quick to place and complete the order.

We were warmly greeted by John the manager and his assistant Rachel. They left us to browse for a while then Rachel came over and answered our questions such as : What is the equivalent Hypnos bed ? And what did the colour coding mean? We were offered coffee which we accepted when we negotiated the deal. We were encouraged to try the beds which to be fair is a little embarrassing. We finally choose a bed and mattress. Rachel's ' up selling ' was very good as we ended up buying two Tempur pillows!!! Overall a pleasant shopping experience and we will return in eight years !!!😀

We have bought from dreams in the past aswell as Bensons as the stores are next to each other....I had no hesitation in going straight to Dreams as the way we were treated last time compared to Bensons was amazing! I was yet again very impressed with your products, staff and prices! You really are a pleasure to do business with and I have to say we really will never shop anywhere else thank you!

Rachel at the bromborough branch was very helpful and pleasant.

Very good and informative advice from Bob the friendly salesman. He was patient and we were able to take our time and test several of the beds that were on show. Hopefully this has enabled us to make an informed and wise choice.
