The assistant was knowledgeable and attentive but not too pushy He left us to discuss the product and was on hand to answer any questions or clarify points as required.

As this was a big purchase we didnt want to rush it and went in to find out information to take home and 'digest'. We returned a few weeks later and the salesman remembered us. On neither occasion did we feel pressured. We had been around a few other shops in the meantime where we were told "if you buy today I can do this deal but only today". Pressure like that makes us walk out but that didn't happen in Dreams. All our questions were answered and we were happy with the final price that we paid. We would have no hesitation in returning to or recommending Dreams.

Assistant explained all products well. Showed me how to test the right mattress for me. Purchase was explained and thoroughly. Left feeling confident in my purchases.

I looked up reviews of Dreams in Bromborough and a name kept being popped up of a guy called Paul. When I entered the store, I secretly hoped that this Paul would be able to help me, and the first person to greet me was Paul! I saw his badge and said that I'd read up a lot about him and his reviews so I was really happy that he approached me. He lived up to his reviews and was very friendly but my main expectation of my trip was to find someone knowledgeable and he was the one. He talked me through all the different types of mattresses as well as pillows. To the point I ended up trying out mattresses with "my pillow", the one that I really liked! I was in the store a long time and asked if he could leave me lay one this one particular bed (I think I spent about 20 minutes laying on it) and he was very happy just to let me be. That way, I didn't feel pressured at all in buying there and then. I was so happy with my experience that I did end up really liking the bed and have placed an order for it.

Highly satisfied with the knowledge of their products they explained every aspect of the various types of mattresses and invited us to try out all of the ones that we were interested in. Staff very friendly very helpful and even offered us coffee. A delight to shop there and will use them again and have recommended them to all our friends. Thank you again for a lovely experience.
