Dreams - Bromborough

There was a wide range of mattresses available in store and with the help of store assistant Dave we tried several mattresses before settling on one. We were given up to date advice and plenty of time, with no pressure to make a choice or purchase.

Friendly service from Rachel. Understood what we anted perfectly able to find us the right bed frame and mattress quickly. It was our first time buying a bed and Rachel explained clearly the different types of mattress and other products available without pushing us too much to instantly make a purchase.

Good service and product knowledge .Our sales assistant was very helpfull and assisted in our request for specified type of bedding.

On entering Dreams, Bromborough I was approached by a very helpful man. His name was Paolo. I was looking at furniture ranges for my new home. He was extremely helpful, informative and nothing was too much trouble. He was very friendly nd professional. I noticed a mirror that was expecting display which I purchased. I will be returning to the store for my wardrobes and bed when I move into my new house. Amazing service and I felt so at ease. I was not pounced on like when I went into Bensons or felt harrased for a sale. Customer service was exceptional.

I got the item I wanted, the assistant was able to place the order and confirm everything within 10 minutes.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from the assistant who was also very knowlegable about all the products I inquired about.

We were allowed to browse and only approached when asked. The sales person asked what we were looking for and explained in simple language what was available. He also left us alone to consider our options which allowed us time to think without feeling pressurised.

I was very satisfied with the staff at Dreams. They helped me immensely to find my perfect bed. They have been very polite and directed me towards what would best suit my needs. The bed is unique to the store and considering the deal that I got with Dreams I can say that it did beat all the prices from other bedstores. Following my buy at they also gave me free delivery which arrived quickly to my place . I'm also very happy with the process of payment and finance that I was offered.

Sam the sales assistant was so so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, we had a 2 year old with us who wanted to run about and lie on all the beds but Sam chatted to him which really put us at ease.
