we were in a hurry and it was all done very quickly and still got all the info we needed

We looked round briefly ourselves and then were asked if we needed any help (I like this way rather than being pounced on as soon as entering a shop).Rachel showed us various types of mattress and let us take as much time as was needed to try out the ones we wanted to. I was given a cup of tea and my husband a cup of coffee while the paper work was completed and then we were assisted to our car by Rachel carrying the pillows and mattress covers we were taking prior to the delivery. A really pleasant experience.

We were given lots of advice and shown different types of mattress. The differences were explained and we could try them out. The atmosphere was friendly and we were offered tea or coffee.

Saw the bed that we wanted and had no pressured selling and the assistant Bob was excellent even offered us a drink of coffee which we accepted... he explained everything really well and was very pleasant and genuine

The assistant Sam was very attentive to our needs and helped us pick a great bed at a great price
