Very good service , beds are great quality and reasonably priced , the staff are friendly and helpful without being over helpful ,

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering your store and I advised staff of my budget and what I was looking for. I was shown where I could find where suitable bed frames and mattresses would be. I had my 6 month old son with me and was given easy access to a lift that would accommodate my pram with ease. Throughout my visit, I was never pressured and was assisted greatly, by Rachel who was a fabulous help to me and was extremely knowledgeable about the vast range of beds and mattresses available to me within my budget range. She was professional throughout, down to earth and made the process very enjoyable for me. I was given a lovely cup of coffee which was also great!

On arrival into the store we were greeted by a member of staff and asked if we needed help ,we browsed for a while then the assistant came back to help us. We were amazed at the service it was second to none .... thank you Dreams

There was no pressure. A polite enquiry to whether we needed assistance and then time to look and consider. Very helpful assistant

Paolo was very helpful, explained the different option of bed frames and explained the different mattresses and encouraged us to try the different ones out. After listening while we were discussing our mattress needs he suggested the best pillows to match our needs

Great assistance from Rachel to find what I wonted an brilliant finance options to make it very easy to afford what you won't very pleased overall just disappointed with having to wait so long for delivery.

Excellent customer service.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff (Rachel) who responded effectively to our initial enquiry, supported us to explore the options available to us and enabled us to try out the products. Rachel made us feel really welcome without being overpowering or intrusive, and it was lovely to be offered a hot drink. Rachel urged us to try the product so that we knew our options, and was very attentive in providing pillows to enhance the experience. Overall it was a really great shopping experience and it contributed to us making a bigger purchase than we had originally intended.

Found the staff very helpful given a coffee whilst preparing our order & helped me find the correct bedding or the super king size bed ordered good bargain on products purchased
