The sales rep listened and gave us relevant info. At no time was she pushy instead gave us time to browse and then came back to see how we were getting on

We arrived and was able to view the store without anyone approaching immediately. I was then asked if i needed anything. We were assisted with choosing our product by a man called Robert who was polite and courteous throughout. The staff were very informative and I was especially happy that when one assistant felt another staff member knew more he got someone to help us further, which showed integrity and I felt confident in the staff as a result. Ordering the bed was fuss free and Rachel, who took the order was a pleasure to deal with.

Staff members were very helpful and informative but left us alone when required. I felt they could not do enough to help.

We were greeted by a salesperson called Rachael. She approached us in a manner that allowed us to not feel threatened by the usual salespersons sell sell sell attitude. She listened to our requirements and showed us some options. There was time for us to test out the options and she gave us lots of information which enabled us to make the right choice for our bedroom. she was also very jolly. She kept us informed of the ordering and delivery process and at times when it suited us. When we return for further bedroom we hope that she is still there. I have passed her details to two friends of mine who are in the market for beds. The store was very well laid out and planned so that we could test all the options.

Team member Sam was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. She explained all of our options in detail.

good customer service

We went in to browse bed frames. The store manager (Bromborough Croft retail park) couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Intentionally we didn't go in to buy a framework however we left feeling assured the one we had purchased was one of the stores favourites and people were happy with their purchase. We were offered a drink, tea, which we took as it was cold outside and very patiently Paolo explained everything to us from basic functions of the bed all the way through to payments and delivery. As it was a choice between 2 beds (evolution and copper) he left us to comfortably make a choice, informing us the deal for the evolution ended on the Thursday, and from there were sold on that bed it was now or never. I really will never be able to say how easy and comfortable he made the sale very well done :)

staff were very professional and friendly, making us feel at ease, giving us time to look around and try out the mattresses. we felt there was no pressure to buy. Explained in detail re the different type of mattresses. we were even offered refreshments.

The salesman, Paolo, was very helpful, listened to what we were looking for and made constructive, thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. He was great.
