We were given all the information by the assistant but then they left us alone to browse but helped if we needed them. They did not follow us around pressurising us.

We were assisted by the manager, who came forward immediately entering the store. Knowledgeable, helpful and listening to our needs.

Nicolette took lots of time and care as mum is 90 and has a hearing loss. She explained differences to mum and made sure I also heard. She explained processes, products, offered etc.

Paolo the Store Manager couldn't of helped me enough with my decision on a bed! Really quick and friendly service! He also helped me find the perfect mattress and pillows to go with it. Explained everything about delivery dates & times and made the whole process run smoothly! I'm so happy i made the right decision to go with Dreams! I will definitely be returning again in the future!

The dream colleague who attended to us spent a lot of time listening to our requirements, we explained that our daughter suffers from hypermobity syndrome , which causes very painful widespread joint pain. So she needed support but without the mattress being too firm.He showed us many mattresses ( ranging in price) and showed my daughter ( who the mattress was for) what she wanted. She found one that fulfilled her medical needs
