We were greeted by Paulo as we entered the store and he spent a lot of time with us going through various products. He was very friendly and relaxed, we didn't feel pressured at any point (unlike other bed stores) After shopping around we returned to make our purchase.

Short time needed to end up with what we wanted at a good price

I wanted to buy a new bed for when we are moving house and didn't have my Husband with me as he is very busy working. I therefore had the task of doing the research etc and reduce the choice so that on our next visit together would be a lot quicker and much more efficient. I first visited a rival store and because my Husband wasn't with me I felt they had no time for me and everything I asked was greeted with either a no or a come back with your Husband and we will discuss! Do you deliver on a certain day? NO, How long is the lead time for delivery? come back as they are all different? Can I have a try of some? not really its best you bring your Husband. ( to name just a few) The contrast to when I walked 2 doors down into Dreams was amazing. I cannot fault " Dave" who answered everything positively, described all the different makes, springs, styles etc to me. He found out the delivery times, you can chose a day not a week commencing, he gave me prices, let me try the mattresses. Thus when I took my Husband back we had a cup of tea and we bought a bed with ease. Great customer service. Dreams accommodated my style of shopping. Would thoroughly recommend.
