Very helpful and friendly great pillow

The item (sofa bed) met my expectations and the staff were well informed and helpful.

The customer service we received from David in the Brombrough store was great. We brought a bed frame and mattress on 0% finance and the offer was over 10 months. This didn't suit our needs so David suggested what would suit us best and he figured out monthly payments and arranged this for us. We did not feel as though the 10 months was our only option and David accommodated for this.

Excellent customer service from Nicolette, I thought it would have taken us much longer to decide on our new mattress but she was very helpful and met our needs perfectly. Store was well set out, prices were excellent and I liked the approach of the staff - helpful without being too pushy.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained all the options we had and got new quotes quickly every time we changed our minds. They were super flexible with the options and never got frustrated regardless of how many questions we asked. We were able to negotiate well and get a price we were happy with.

I dealt with Vicki, she welcomed me when I enegwred the store, asked how she could help. When she had spoken to me she offered me a coffee and sat down with me to discuss further. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and personable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff . Nicolette explained everything and didn't rush us into making a decision. We were shown all the beds that met our criteria and encouraged to try them before deciding.
